Gallumé

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Gallumé(the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

Gallumé turns a Google Drive folder you control into a presentable, optionally password-protected gallery. We do not host your media — your photos and videos remain in your Google Drive and are served directly from Google to your visitors.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and your responsibilities

You keep all rights to your photos and videos. By connecting a folder, you confirm that:

  • You own or have the right to display the content you make available, and
  • The content is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

You grant us only the limited permission needed to read your shared folder and display it as a gallery. You may remove a gallery at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, or to abuse our systems (including attempts to overload or circumvent rate limits). We may suspend or remove galleries that violate these terms.

Plans and billing

Gallumé offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan ($3/month). Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your account reverts to the free plan's limits at the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability and dependence on Google Drive

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because galleries are live windows into your Google Drive, they depend on Google's services and on your folder remaining shared. If you unshare or delete a folder, or if Google changes or limits its services, a gallery may stop working. We don't control Google and aren't responsible for changes on Google's side. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallumé is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk to the Service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
